I can't praise the help, advice and support highly enough from Doreen Reeves, after an initial conversation surrounding my circumstances Doreen was very quickly providing setting my nerves and offering great advice on how best to deal with a rather difficult situation. Without the timely intervention from Doreen I most certainly would not have got the positive outcome. Hopefully there won't be a next time I need to call upon Doreen's expertise, however should the situation arise, I would definitely be making contact and would absolutely recommend to anyone seeking legal advise, can't thank them enough for their time and effort.

They don’t even deserve 1 Star. Please DO NOT use this company unless unless you’re happy to wait 6 months for just a email reply (and that’s because I pestered them). I have called twice a week since the summer 2020, get told the same thing “they’ll be in contact within 48hours”. It’s not a complex claim they are dealing with. Wish I never used Slater and Gordon. I’m not one to complain either but I’m fed up. My claim started in December 2019!!! STAY CLEAR!!!!
I had an accident in work on 6/4/2017. At the start of my claim I had three different people dealing with it and I had issues with getting hold of people and then returning my calls. Then in September 2020, Jamie Day from the Slater and Gordon London office took over. My claim was coming to an end but things changed. He did what he promised. If I rang and got no answer he would return my call and ALWAYS rang when he said he would. Not only that, he was very helpful and took the time to explain things to me. I cannot thank him enough.
