On Saturday, September 26, I made an appointment with May. I made an appointment by phone at 10:24 in the morning. I wanted to make an appointment in advance, but the receptionist told me that May was scheduled until 4 pm, so I spent 4pm at the earliest. When the time is up, the receptionist called me at 11:13 in the morning and left a voicemail to ask if I could change trains at 3:30 in the afternoon. I said yes, but when I arrived, I had to wait 15 minutes until May entered the room. I am not satisfied with this. We are all busy. It is a waste of my time. If she cannot keep the timetable, she should not ask me to change it. I asked the receptionist her name, she asked me why I need her name, so I told her that I was not satisfied with changing appointments and wasting my time, she told me it was not her fault, she started to be rude, she told me She had told May to be on time, and I said it was not. If she changes the time, she should make sure that everyone is on time, it is not my fault. The receptionist told me her name was Goi, and she told me that she was the only person at the reception every Saturday. I told her that I would complain about her, but she told me that it was not her fault that she didn't care. The massage was good, but the receptionist was rude and unprofessional. I went there to relax after a stressful week, but this Saturday I felt more stressed. Never have I ever had a massage! everyone was absolutely lovely, we had a couples massage (boyfriend's b.day gift)and we both felt very comfortable from beginning to end! We're making this a monthly thing now & the tea at the end just relaxes you even more ️ Thank you guys!
Couldn't recommend this place enough. Cozy, nice place, excellent massage and customer service. Everything is tidy and clean. Can't wait for the lockdown to end so that I can go again. They are definitely my goto place for relaxation.
Requested a strong masseuse ahead of the appointment. The receptionist was very vague about understanding which of her team could give a strong massage (surely that’s something who is in charge of booking be expected to know)?! If you’re looking for a deep massage, don’t waste your money!
I’ve had many massages and this was absolutely amazing! I highly recommend the masseuse, May, who did an incredibly job of adapting to my needs and communicating with me the whole time! I will definitely be back!
