I’ve been coming to this place for the last 19 years and have received good service especially from the manager who has been working here ever since I started coming here. Today I’ve ordered grilled chicken which they served me undercooked and I asked them to cook it more and after the second cooking it was still undercooked. To make the experience worst I saw a mouse under the table and told a guy who was by the till but this guy cared nothing and I was disgusted by his response. He said where is it show me, do you chase mouse? When I said to him I actually took a picture and showed him he said it’s small, it’s normal, mice are everywhere. I paid 14.85 and left without eating. I’ve never come across someone working in a restaurant and talking like this to customers. No wonder the place is empty and Sadly I don’t think this place could recover unless they start respecting customers and taking them seriously. Unfortunately when I started complaining to the manager he got interrupted by other people and left without letting me finish. Disappointing but he was genuinely distracted. I’ve known him for a long time and he always provided a good service. Sadly I would never go back again.
This is an amazing place. The shisha is seriously one of the best if not the best in London and cheap as well! The food is just outstanding, I had the Shishawi Special and it certainly didn't disappoint with salad chips lamb and melted cheese, it was one of the best things I've eaten outside. Definitely recommended!

The Seabass is excellent!! (5/5) We got the Seabass (5/5), Mixed Grill (3/5), and Houmous (3/5). Even though the food was a little on the expensive side, it was really good, and the young waiter was very helpful. I wouldn't recommend sitting outside though (we did because the weather was excellent). If you sit outside, you will be constantly bothered by beggars hard selling their products. Shishawi could be more attentive on beggars disturbing customers, as it can ruin your meal experience. That would be a great improvement.
