First time I came here (before covid) was great. I ordered the tempura Udon and shaved ice. Everything tasted great, presentation was also great, ingredients all tasted fresh. Price was reasonable for what they are serving too. But second time I came (after covid), I ordered the tonkotsu ramen and so disappointed because there was not a single piece of \ton\ (pork) in the ramen. The egg was supposed to be soft boiled, but was hard boiled (look at picture). Noodles tasted like the instant type plus was too overcooked, and they placed loads of the white stem part of the cabbage at the bottom to bulk up the noodles - look at picture. Presentation was Excellent but unfortunately the food quality has deteriorated. (The broth was good though) on top of this, I was charged 15.34 and service charge about 1.50 just for the meatless ramen and tap water (total almost 17), and in order to have meat you have to purchase separate appetizers top up another 5 and when I asked to use th toilet at the end, they said no too... 17 for a single person eating could've gotten me a wayyyyy better meal at another restaurant. What a rip off!!

Bingsu tasted good. Had to wait a bit to get a table but was worth it.

Posting this from another restaurant as the food was so bad. The sauce was incredibly sour, pretty sure it was ketchup and BBQ sauced mixed and heavily watered down. The deserts look cute and I'm sure they are the reason this place is so highly rated. Gydon, small portion and dry. Omurice special, tasted like sour paint. Katsu chicken, tiny cut, golden breadcrumbs. Chicken gyoza, tasted like frozen ones. 45 for two with drinks, disappointed. Staff didn't seem to care when I mentioned the issues. 2 stars because everyone seemed to be enjoying the deserts.

Yummy dinner and Bingsu is to die for! My children loves it so much they even wants to have it in cold weather too!
