I visited for the first time today after booking an appointment for my child, we were welcomed & seen right away. A lovely young lady (dark hair,glasses/name started with an L) helped me find the right fit and although one item was out of stock, I got most of what was needed. I would like to point out that everyone who worked at the store was relatively young and I observed them all being polite and dealing with each customer really well. No complaints from me.

Very poor customer service. Hate that my children's school have to use thier service. Have been waiting for over 6 weeks for my order and still not heard from them The Fulham store never answer the phone, guess they are forbidden to do so, my poor child cannot start school straight away in September as we have gotten rid of the old small ones. Such a terrible service. Please, please my advice to the parent's out there that use this company for their child's uniform, make sure you hold on to the old one so you are not left without any when you need it.
Wow, what a mix of poor attitude, complacency and lack of knowledge! To all parents going there, I wish you good luck and I hope you have a better experience.
