Just left Scarpette at Canary Wharf. Never been and wanted to try and since you are advertising dine out to help out I assumed you needed the custom. Apparently not. Very bad customer service with 2 young ladies working very hard to ignore customers because they were more worried about cleaning to close the place up. We had to get up yo place an order. The Pasta I had was hard and it didn't taste of anything else but thyme. It was the Mushroom and Truffle one. They forgot our starter and left food on the table quickly disappearing leaving us with no clue if cutlery was coming. It wasn't, we had to go get it ourselves. While other people were looking around as well lost the staff was eating next to the lift?!?!?!? Don't they get breaks? I didn't finish my food or drink ( everything was paid for). I think of the worse services and food I had in London and we always go out with time and mindful that due to all that's going on everywhere it will take a bit more of time.

Frankly this place is fantastic, and they have plenty of food options. Also given the size of the pasta portions (just the regular is properly good), this place is crazy value for money and high quality. Not to mention the other stuff they serve (the Nduja chicken is mind blowing, and the coffee is very good... And you can even have negronis in the evening). One of the best places in CW, by far
