We moved to Canary Wharf about a month ago from the States. We live in Sirocco Tower which is an amazing place to live. It has everything you could want or need. For me the best part is the young women at the front desk. Stephanie, Alexandra and Phoebe are always ready with a smile to greet you. Seeing if they can help or asking about your day. They make you feel welcome. Vivian was very helpful getting us set up here and has been around to answer questions. They all have been great about setting up activities for the residents to do. We had a excellent Halloween party and they have meet and greets. Plus a Thanksgiving dinner coming up, which is nice for those whose family aren’t here. It’s been nice to have a way to get to know others. The maintenance guys have been easy to work with also.

I had the best experience so far. The flats are clean and modern. All the staff are very helpful and polite (compared to Pan Peninsula), especially Alex and Phoebe who are always welcoming me with a smile and are making sure that everything is sorted.

Beautiful building in a lovely neighborhood and convenient location. The staff is really thoughtful and helpful. Phoebe, Michael, Alex, and Steph have all made me feel super welcome and have helped me with tasks from printing to carrying packages to booking facilities. I feel really lucky to have found such a great pet-friendly apartment.
