Took three steps into the shop to be shouted at \Cover your nose\ in an angry tone. I explained that I was exempt and cannot wear the mask over my nose. I then got the response of \Well sanitize your hands then?\ Literally just walked into the shop to be greeted with this tone was in an instant put off: I appreciate your probably angry with the world right now but probably best not to take it out on your customers and maybe try opening up your mind to the possibilities that not everybody can wear masks for health reasons. Oatcake was average, service was shocking! Never again.
