What a great experience. Natalie was lovely, knowledgeable and informative. She \sized me up\ pretty much by eye and she was right on the money! Who knew I had been wearing a totally wrong size for years now? She choose some amazing items for me to try on and each one fit me to a T! I wish I could have bought them all.

Arrived a little early for my appointment, (booked due to Covid restrictions), but there was no problem seeing me straight away as there was only one other customer in the store-much appreciated. Simona could not have been more helpful; showing me other designs I had not thought about before. My first visit to Conduit Street store but I'll be back. Thank you.
Absolutely thrilled by the care and attention received today by my lovely lady who fitted me perfectly, came away with lots of new underwear that now fits me perfectly, I really cannot thank you enough
