Greedy management who wants your money but does not provide necessary conditions, neither follows health and safety regulations! My 7yo daughter was hit by an adult man while warming up for a private session. The rink was unsupervised by a member of staff at the time. There's no family sessions, no patch sessions like in other rinks when only coaches and their students can safely train, no different age group divisions - clearly, younger children are not safe having all these speedy and heavy teenagers and adults skating around. A manager failed to deal with the situation in a customer-friendly manner. She manipulated facts while writing an accident report (putting 'The child is able to walk', for instance, while my daughter had a visibly limp leg and on the stairs her father had to lift her as the girl was in pain). She refused to give me a copy of the report. The rink was overcrowded as if COVID-19 and the Government's regulations regarding the number of people allowed to be indoors at the same time did not exist. One visit for a half an hour training costs parents over 60 (14 a group session, a coach's fee which is well deserved and, on top of it, 13,25 charged once again as it was worded 'for an access to ice'). What do customers get for this money? Safety for their kids? No. A comfortable space to practice without crowds around? No. You pay and then you have your child crying most of the session by the railing and nobody cares about it. Photos below were taking on 28/10/2020 and show just a tiny corner of the rink, the other side of which was even more crowded.

Been here for bowling. It was a good experience. The place is pretty decent. It has Ice skating, dining and bowling ( only 5 rows are operational out of 12 due to Covid. There is a place for arcade games as well. Unfortunately the game we were trying to play was not working :( Overall it was a good place. Had fun and would love to visit again definitely.

Absolutely amazing customer service. Everyone on the staff was very friendly, professional and welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great time ice skating. The place was not too crowded and I felt like all the pandemic rules were complied with to the dot which made me feel very safe.
