I cannot praise Elvis enough for going above and beyond his duty when my canvas order was in danger of not being ready on time for a special presentation last Wednesday. Their machine had broken down and instead of disappointing me, he went all the way to North London. Not only did he have the canvas made beautifully, but, also at a larger size than I ordered and did not CHARGE ME ANY EXTRA & refused to accept my offer to pay more. This is proof that Prints Palace value their clients and will do whatever it takes to make them happy... AND I AM VERY, VERY HAPPY.

I asked for perfect binding (book like binding-which the person there didn't know what it was so I had to google it and show him) and I got thermal binding. I had the baby with me and was in a hurry when picking the dissertation up (the gentleman there was also on the phone) so couldn't argue. Plus I had a deadline so I needed to send it in asap. Perfect binding could cost GBP 100 for two copies but thermal binding is GBP 50 tops. So didn't get what I paid for. I was asked to pay beforehand so even if I had the time I couldn't argue my case. Disappointed.

The first print of an A1 poster was printed on A0 even though instructions were given in an email. They kindly did not charge me the A0 price however they gave me the poster all rolled up. When I asked to see it before payment, I noticed that all images were printed on a dark background. Usually a print company shows you what the final print looks like before packaging it up for you. I would have thought they would notice the dark images before selling it to someone and acknowledge the print quality was bad.Changes were made and then a new print was given to me ( and I wasn't charged for it). I found one of the employees a bit rude as he refused to apologise about the delay and quality of the printing. Also caution :Their 'it will take 10 minutes ' actually means 40 minutes.
