Dropped my car off today to have some recall work carried out on the gear selector lever cable. The process of dropping it off was excellent. You're emailed beforehand to inform you of the process and time. You arrive and drive into one of the marked out floor bays and wait till they've examined the car and then you are able to leave your vehicle with one of the service advisers, simple! I drove into the parts building next door by accident though so don't repeat my mistake if you're reading this (Google maps is to blame!).

Arrived promptly at 12 for what should have been a quick look at 2 specific models, was eventually seen at 1235 which is understandable but why put an appointment in if it can't be withheld. Only had 5 to 10 mins of viewing time because I had used my lunch break to get there inbetween meetings. Service was ok after that but still knew what I wanted to purchase but if they treat prospective clients like this, then I would not like to see how they treat current customers.

Please refrain from taking your porsche car for repair or service to porsche chiswick. Bunch of crooks! Very poor service. Donot have clue to what they are doing. Mechanics incompetant. Took my cayenne for reprogramming both keys as it stopped working on remote. So far it cost me over 1k still not sure. A very disappointing experience, and recommend avoiding this dealer like the plague
