There are only a few times I have seen vegetables as perfect as these, one of these was Whole Foods in Kensington and the other was so long ago I can't remember. I have never seen artichokes this size, quality and consistency. This place is amazing and an absolute pleasure to go to, the staff are also friendly and very well meaning. However grade A produce this good does come with a cost, it is a lot more expensive than your or standard grade stuff but you get what you pay for. This place is well placed in Belsize Park where people can afford, there probably wouldn't be a market or affordability for it elsewhere. A fantastic treat.
