Great teachers, but financial control is terrible. Hope things are improved by now but the owner is still the same lady so probably same. They owe me around 200 pounds, they did not give us back the deposit because their bad financial account keeps making errors and did not recognise the payment we made, they did not settle the invoice every month so that is why there is a surprise like that. Awful and never forget the feeling I was cheated. Teachers were mostly lovely that is why I kept my child there. But once I was told to change nappy before handing my child over. I thought it was a bit weird thing to ask, after I had nearly 20 mins of walk from home, yes sometime my child might have done poo or wee, how do I know? Anyway I never forget that either. Some parents are complaining about the 8 am , they never open the door even a minute before. Other parents said the same thing about money that they suddenly charged at the end. Really bad accounting.

We have loved sending our child here.

My negative comment relates exclusively to your Nursery being a financial sponsor of the 2019 Blythe Hill Fields July Festival. I am the Chair of neighbouring Ravensbourne Park Gardens and was a previous member of the 'Friends' of Blythe Hill Fields', which has organised this 5 hour per year event for about 12 years. Unfortunately, their park improvement aims in the park fail to keep pace with park user expectations. I have one simple point, if you respond - When your Nursery agreed to provide financial sponsorship for the 2019 Festival, did the 'Friends' make you aware of any specific park improvement for 2019/2020 they intended to use for any part of your sponsorship? Given that their official website shows nothing again in relation to any proposed park improvement, then I suspect that your sponsorship simply facilitated their main concern - a fleeting event, which leaves all park users with a drab park for 364 days and 19 hours of each year. If you can show otherwise, then I will offer my full apology to your Nursery. If not, then I trust that your Nursery will be more community conscious in the future.

Absolutely fabulous nursery! Fantastic staff and excellent owners who go out of there way to make the nursery wonderful, they are very much involved and are very passionate about the smooth running of their nursery.
