Was given a card With J.Smith /Surveyer , from this company, and booked an appointment for a pigeon problem. Said surveyor said he would come early afternoon Friday. The appointment was confirmed , and we were also saying that there were lined up neighbours for access and/ or extra work. On the day of appointment, it was missed by the surveyer, however no communication was received to explain, nor replys to further calls or texts. Pretty poor skills from a company point of view. Looking Elsewhere for a more professional company.
