Late-night food
Ordered 18:41 called them 20:00 no body picked up the phone no matter how many times I tried. I sent the email and the response was that the food has been sent off with the driver and will be with me shortly. Waited another 40 minutes. Nobody came. I called again- to no avail. Emailed again- no reply this time at all!! It's 21.11 now. And we still didn't eat. I ended up making up a quick food for myself and my starving son. Disgusting service. Please don't bother and don't ever go there!!

They got 2 stars because the chicken tasted good,not too greasy or fatty and the delivery man was polite. They lost 3 stars because we waited an hour for our food after being told it would take 35-40 minutes. Only half the order was delivered, I rang the restaurant and an hour later they delivered the other half, it was nearly cold and completely inedible,it went straight into the bin. Last night and the following day my fiance and I both suffered varying degrees of diarrhea. We only used them this once and won't be using this restaurant again. Very disappointing.
Ordered at 19:20 and called at 20:10 and they said our food was ready and was waiting for their driver and we would receive our food at 20:40. He also said he had just received my order ten minutes ago (20:00). We asked if our food would not be cold and he said no it's under a heater which made us question their services. Then at 20.40 we called back he said the driver was on the way and got to us at 21:00 (1 hour and 40 minutes after placing our order). The driver then said he was sorry because half the order was missing and he thought he was acceptable to replace it with something completely different and what was right looked inedible. We then questioned him as to why no one could inform us about them not having our full order on the two phone calls we made and he said he was just the driver. We later got a refund from just eat. Do not eat here! Food looked horrendous if you even receive it! Leaving review here as just eat will not let me place a review as I've received a refund, but this is still not acceptable customer service.
Clean, with good service. Not bad food for budget prices.
Excellent shop, cannot believe it, the previous shop that was sams was terrible the service food and everything but now this stow grill and pizza is back, which came from the previous owner! I personally think they have the best food! better than nandos. Make sure u visit this shop. There deliveries are excellent aswell
