they never answer the phone, you’re more likely to see sheep raining out of the sky than for these people to answer the phone. you can wait until 8am for the surgery to open, call on the dot and they still won’t answer. I’ve tried to call them 57 times this morning until i realised, it’s better to just call 111 straight away it’s quick and easy, if you rely on these lot, you’ll die waiting before you get to book an appointment. don’t waste your time

I cannot thank this surgery enough for all the help they have given me and my family during this difficult time. I am shielding, they have helped with arranging food parcels and checking in on me. Everytime I have called they have helped over the phone or if I needed to see a doctor. Sometimes the lines are busy but when I do get through I always get appointment on the day or the next day. Thank you to all the staff at Parkview Surgery.

I would like to express my negative experience with reception staff. Always when I try to book appointment to Dr Das - receptionsts say - he is fully booked or not available. Or call 8am on Mondays only. Furthermore, reception staff in most occasions are rude - they are asking me and my family members (who speak perfect English language) - do we need Interpretation and make fun of people. This time I called - receptionist can not solve easiest problem - but saying: I take too long her on the phone. Terrible reception experience. Thank you Quick Update: Please make sure reception staff are trained properly. And they are knowledgeable about customer service. This will save time and money. I called on few occasions and spoke to few receptionists and only few are nice. Otherwise, they do not know medical terms or in some cases say - we take too much time on their lines which are always busy. If reception staff is trained enough - it means they deal with everything fast and do not make customer / patient guilty.
