We have contacted this notary public for the purpose of drafting a legal document. In no unclear terms they were asked over the phone whether this is something they do and they unequivocally stated that they indeed offer this service. They then gave us the details for a location different than what is listed here, in Edgware. This conversation took place on a Friday between my wife and one of their members of staff. On Saturday we were getting ready to make our way there and called them again to confirm whether this is ok and once again confirm the service we need and the representative even repeated to say that they offer the service indeed. When we got there we found lots of people not wearing masks(including staff members) they would not allow us to wait inside and made us wait outside(understandable). The same member of staff who spoke to my wife over the phone came out and we reiterated our requirements only to subsequently be greeted by another colleague several minutes later and be told this is NOT something they do. We spent 1 hour getting there, 35 minutes there and 1 hour getting back thus wasting most of the working day and leaving me unable to draft my vitally important document prior to a departure on a business trip. Extremely incompetent and poorly trained, disinterested people. I would highly recommend you stay away!! They are typical of uneducated people belonging to their culture (unemphatic sociopaths) and the place is a melting pot of Covid-19 thanks to the staff's blatant disregard for the law!
