Terrible service and unreliable cheap equipment, stay well away from this company, disgusting treatment of customers, dispatch system is inefficient, they do not value their customers, definitely will not be returning to Nisbet.

I'm something of a kitchen geek, so this is the kind of place I could spend hours in - and a lot of money besides. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful. The shop itself is wheelchair accessible, but there's a downstairs area wheelchairs cannot reach. Staff are more than happy to go down and seek out items for you if you ask to make up for this. Also, should they not stock something, they have an extensive catalogue and web site and can either order things in or help you identify the right item to go away and order for delivery to your home or business address. Price-wise, you may find cheaper by shopping around online, but for sheer convenience and service, it's hard to beat.
