Love this shop. Eventhough there is a plethora of amazing products for the health conscious the most valuable service they offer is advice. Knowledgeable about all their products on the shelves makes it so easy to buy the right product for what you want to target.
Made an order last week on tuesday. My order was shipped within 3 hours of placing the order. Unfortunately on friday i recieved a credit memo without any information. When i called up, guy over the phone said that there was a pricing issue on the website, and what i had paid was less than half of what the actual price of the product was. My issue with this is making we wait 3 days to find out theres a problem with the website, had i been told on the same day i made my order, my review would have been positive. Poor lack of communication and poor organisation.
I love this place, I have recently gone vegan and they are so helpful and have great supplies ! Staff are great and want to thank the owner for supplying Palmers green with great healthy environmentally good items. Highly reccomend
