Very disappointed, I had to pick my son’s medication on a Saturday afternoon and the was shop closed before their closing time, with no notice for customers. Call the line multiple times and no one pick the phone. Awful

I live in Essex and visiting London this week. Ran out of my diuretics and called Neem Tree pharmacy for help. Spoke to and managed to obtain a prescription from my local GP surgery (who is amazing), which my husband collected and whattsapped to me. I was told by pharmacy staff that they are unable to assist as they need the original prescription; no further advise given. They were extremely unhelpful and certainly not interested in my dilemma. I went to a different pharmacy just down the road. Brilliant advise was given which was to contact NHS 111 for a prescription. 20 Minutes later I had my much needed tablets in hand. As for Neem Tree pharmacy ; what awful service
Just moved to the area not registered with gp around here yet. wife needed asthma pump explained to the lady she advised me to call my go ask to fax prescription that got there in 10 Mins saved me a lot of time and petrol The lash Was very helpful at the till Thank you very much
Lovely helpful staff clean pharmacy and quick service
Went for an essential blood pressure check. Machine was broken/unavailable/missing/ on annual leave(?). Couldn't get to the bottom of it, and service wasn't that great either.
