It was my first time going for a massage and I even made that clear to the therapist - still she did not direct me at all or break down the process. I wasn't eased into at all. She was using way too much pressure and I was in agony (holding myself back screaming) because she was digging her thumbs into the back of my knees. My hands her sweating from the pain, it was horrible. I even told her the pressure was too much still continued in the same way. My main concern was my shoulders and back which she didn't spend much time on. Then right at the end the horrible laundry room shower with ice cold water to ruin the experience further. I had to call her into the room and then her colleague to fix the temperature... complete shambles. The whole energy is off in this place.

English lady at reception gave a warm welcome and was talkative and funny during the deep tissue massage, will definitely be coming back.
Lovely foot massage tonight. Open late which is fab!! Clean room and nice Polish masseuse. Not too harsh like some tuina techniques. It moved the uric crystals in my reflexes that's for sure.

My brother is a permanent client at Natures Way London. He really enjoy very much each time he goes there so I decided to take a look and try the service by myself. Let me tell you that I’m very happy for doing that. I’m totally satisfied with their services and they have a great and professional team. The hospitality is excellent and they are very friendly people. They used some cool tools for my cupping therapy session and this session gave me a great feeling. I’m a permanent customer now and many thanks for Natures Way London team for their efforts. Keep up the good work!!!
