The post office manager may like to take anger management training for her own benefit. Quite a few of us in the local community have now been on the wrong side of this woman’s serious errors and temper. People talk. A person merely posting a letter is a contemptible inconvenience for this woman, who is prone to temper explosions at customers. Several people in the community have written complaints to the PO, which you may want to look into, as this branch “manager” ignored all attempt at communication, even when escalated to head office - a sure sign of guilt if ever there was one. I would also speak to ex-staff about problems and their treatment. I note someone called James (plus numerous others) on the reviews has recently had a similar terrible experience to ours with this lady. (Then there’s a conveniently timed “good” review to try to counter it - no doubt from a friend or family member of the person who everyone is complaining about! It’s clearly a fake name/account if you look. Fascinating!) Another thing - the branch queues have become appalling in the past year, which is saying something given people are boycotting the place due to the manager. Maybe time to address the behaviour of this person as another reviewer suggests. It’s shocking and appalling, and I cannot believe this person represents the Post Office!

Understaffed, wait times are long increased by the extra \services\ they're forced to sell. Layout makes it like a greenhouse where you've got no shade from sun coming through the window. Always dread coming here, doesnt make a difference what time you go.

Dropped 1 star as there never seems to be enough staff manning the checkouts there's at least always 1 not manned. However the plus sides are you can be effectively served and efficiently although when understaffed and you get that ONE awkward undecided difficult customer who thinks that the service is ONLY for them alone it can be frustrating waiting for eternity especially when other checkouts aren't staffed. Otherwise great place and will continue to use

Incredibly stingy and rude staff - won’t even let you borrow/use a little bit of cellotape - they make you buy a whole roll. Charge you for emailing and printing labels (that aren’t even sticky labels). They’ll be charging you to breathe next...
