Have checked our records and Mr Bantick has never seen a Patient called Nicole Excel, the feedback I receive from his patients are all positive, the patients experienced a very professional and personal service from him and they are treated with care. Unprofessional, unsympathetic and extremely rude. Mr Bantick was unable to provide a diagnosis for the issues I was experiencing with my finger and had the audacity to blame my mental state! His patient care and attentiveness are dismal to say the least. I’ve been treated through the NHS previously for knee surgery ( torn ACL/ meniscus) and the service received was highly impressive. Unfortunately not on this occasion. If you are private paying, I strongly suggest you look elsewhere.

Mr Bantick was very informative about the options available to me and provided clear outlines of the procedure and post operative care. After a period of post op recovery I'm now fully recovered. I'd happily recommend his services to anyone suffering a hand injury.
