Moro Reviews | Rating 4.4 out of 5 stars (5 reviews)

Moro is located in London, United Kingdom on 34-36 Exmouth Market, Farringdon. Moro is rated 4.4 out of 5 in the category spanish restaurant in United Kingdom. Moro restaurant in London’s Exmouth Market may retain its reputation as one of the hippest restaurants in one of the hippest parts of the capital, but this Clerkenwell restaurant still focuses more on good food than its own image. Moro’s décor with its polished wooden floors, long zinc bar, open view to the kitchen and its charcoal grill and wood-burning oven, is functional and welcoming. Cuisine of the southern Mediterranean, from the Iberian Peninsula into Northern Africa, is the menu’s exclusive province. This Moorish cuisine with European influence is every bit as striking as it was when the restaurant opened its doors in 1997. Moro’s menu changes weekly to reflect the freshest of seasonal produce, and there is a shortish list of tapas too. The wine list shows the owner's passion for sherry, a wine first brought to Jerez by the Phoenicians, with nearly two dozen available, many by the glass.|MORO INTERNATIONAL LIMITED is a construction company based out of 154 - 160 FLEET STREET NO. 11, LONDON, United Kingdom.

Had a really good evening here. I found the service to be very good, and they accommodated us for an outside tables. The chipirones, baby squid, were expertly prepared. The dips and salads excellent. I wasn't crazy about the mackerel, but my wife did so maybe a question of personal taste. Very good value Somontano white wine and I was a bit surprised by this given the price points at this restaurant. I do think it represented good value for money.

Such delicious food! We ordered a range of Tapas to share, and the service and food was really great!

We had tapas here, really delicious food & great service. Some dishes were pricy for what it was. The Tortilla was disappointingly flat but still tasted nice.

This has been a favourite of ours for about 20 years and we took our 9 year-old daughter for the first time last week. Totally understand why they have changed the menu in these difficult times, but it was a little sad not to see some long loved familiar dishes on there. Still, quality is fabulous as ever. Service was a bit bonkers in general but one of the team - Hani - absolutely saved the day and was so on the ball that he seemed to be running the place. Kudos to him for managing to be attentive to everyone in the restaurant.

Always a delight, the cooking is really the heart of it - every time, one is reminded of the brilliance of their cooking. Not flash or challenging but delicious and wholesome.
