Worst, most unprofessional company and people I have come across in my life. Nothing modern about this place, literally, lol. All the people who gave them 5 stars are clearly itheir family members & friends. Pathetic.

Avoid at all cost!!! Poor workmanship, unprofessional, after sales care (poorer than poor). Had ample opportunity to repair their faults in my property. But have failed miserably. Laid cheaper quality flooring than what I paid for, never prepped my floor prior to laying new flooring, so now I have nails coming through vinyl which should have been removed before laying flooring (of course, a professional floor layer would know this and made sure the floor was clear before laying new flooring).

A staff member visited me and measured all the rooms I wanted to have done (three bedrooms, stairs, landing and living room). Had a good selection of choices and gave me advise on what was best. He gave me a competitive price. I accepted the quote. Before I knew it the biggest bedroom was done, 2nd shortly after they were just brilliant. By the end of the day all the carpeting was completed rubbish was taken away and they were just so tidy. Work was of a really high standard and as I walk on my carpet I feel like Im really bouncing. Absolutely brilliant job. I would highly recommend them. Polite and professional from start to finish.
