I’m really pleased with the work carried out on our house. Not only did they do a fantastic job, Michael and Mark were great - clear communication throughout the project and they were also respectful of our home, taking work boots off when entering the property for water etc, clearing up outside every day. I really appreciate that sort of thing especially when it a messy job. Would highly recommend using them.

I've just had the front of my victorian house renovated by MMR. Michael made the whole process very easy and efficient and the quality has been superb. They committed to a date and stuck to it, they were really easy to have around and they were very patient and god natured when I left changing my mind on paint colour. Very happy with the work the MMR team did on our house. They cleaned the front face, raked out and repointed the whole house, installed new gutters and did a few other external improvements. The house looks great, the job was done on time, and they were far from the most expensive quote. Highly recommended.

I was experiencing some damp in my flat due to a combination of badly degraded pointing and flashing around my chimney that was not correctly installed. I got quotes from several companies, some of whom did not know about how to maintain Victorian properties and tried to talk me into getting rendering or using sand and cement mortar which would have made the damp worse. MMR both understood that older properties need lime mortar, and gave me a very reasonable quote. They removed the chimney, reset the flashing and redid the pointing on my back wall. They completed the work when they said they would, were very polite and explained everything they were doing, and didn't leave my garden in a mess. The wall looks great and it's a huge relief to have the problem sorted.
