I have used MFA on two occasions - for new flooring and carpet fitting. - Happy with the result every time. Good quality materials and finish. - Work scheduled and done in just a few days - Improvement area: it took quite some time and follow-up to get samples and find alternative materials the first time. Overall very satisfied and would recommend.

Trash fitted two different colour carpets, which were supposed to be the same. Contacted to rectify and they advised it was too much hassle and instead they offered discount for any other carpet that needs laying. Took them up on their offer to get the stairs done and they literally vanished and stopped all communication. Tbh I don’t think it was even a mistake using two different carpets as they seemed very nonchalant about the error. Also very low grade cheap carpets used.

MFA are a reason to buy local! I was originally considering buying stairs carpet from the National chains who were either disinterested or overpriced. Decided that I would look at local retailers. Tried 2 shops in Edmonton ( 1 with limited range and the other no available stock) and then (via Google) was fortunate to find MFA in Tottenham. I popped into the shop to view ranges available. Faiq was also on hand with advice about textures and current styles. His previous experience as a fitter was used to good advantage. Faiq was then able to come out to my home quickly and to confirm measurements. Carpet stock was checked and I then paid a deposit to secure the stock with balance due on completion. Fitting was arranged as soon as carpet arrived. The pricing has been very reasonable in comparison to the national chains. The fitters were courteous and did a great job. I have been totally impressed with the personal service and would recommend MFA. After fitting I was offered a runner to be made from an offcut of the carpet used. An extra detail that is highly valued! I didn't even know that this could be a thing. If you get the opportunity to buy local then don't hesitate to use Faiq and his team.
