Best service ever! Thanks to Dr. Flavio!

Unfortunately, I don’t have the best experience of the clinic. The reception is the only good experience. The first consultation with Dr Flavio Messina was ok. He prescribed me medication that I could have found on the pharmacy shelves. That’s not a problem if it works, but it didn’t. There was no recommendation for a further investigation if the problem persisted. A blood test was suggested. The nurse needed three attempts. It was not comfortable. When I came back to know the result of my blood test I had to waiting more than 30 min. The receptionist had to remind Dr Flavio Messina twice that I was waiting for him and he still made jokes with another patient. He was not prepared for my consultation either. This is not what you expect when you are a paying customer and have paid everything in advance. Friendly is good, but over friendly starts to feel a bit uncomfortable.

Unfortunately I don’t have a good experience of this clinic. Paid 90 for a first consultation and Dr Caroline didn’t even take my blood pressure. Didn’t ask me about my life, my weight, diet nothing at all. I was the one that took off my coat and showed her where the pain was coming from. Also made me feel terrible about taking medication, that was actually prescribed by an excellent doctor, that helped me cope with pain even after I told her that I only take one a day which is an amazing extremely low dosage. She seemed more concerned about herself. Not all people that take medication abuse it Dr Caroline! In the end she didn’t even prescribe an alternative to the said medication only a stronger version of Ibufren that actually gives me serious side effects. If only she took the time to ask. Waste of money and time. I wouldn’t bother.
