I went today at Medspa for a session with the Soprano Titanium Laser Hair removal and I had an amazing experience. Flory was my therapist and I have to say that she is a great asset to this clinic. She was very friendly and warm and she explained me everything in a professional and calm manner. Her attitude made me feel more comfortable with everything that followed, considering that was my first time in the clinic. I don't want to forget about the receptionist, Simona, who provided me with all the information need when I called to book the appointment and answered all my questions with kindness and patience. She's a keeper! Nowadays is hard to find such a great customer service! Thank you girls for all your help! Looking forward for the 2nd session!

Had a chemical free keratin treatment and haircut with Sylvia and had a fabulous time with her. She is very professional and patient and cares about what the customer is looking for and she does an amazing job, had a very pleasant time. My hair was looking exactly how I wanted and even better! I then had a hydra facial treatment with Asiya, she is very professional, friendly and gave me great advices for my skin type, which I wish I knew earlier. It was my first hydra facial and I am already seeing a fast improvement in my skin. I am looking forward to the next one! Overall, I am extremely satisfied with Medspa and definitely advise Medspa to those looking for real results and quality service.

I had a hydrafacial at Medspa today. I cant describe the BRILLIANT customer service I got from Asiya. She is one of the sweetest people I have come across. Not only she spent extra time in removing my blackheads but she gave me a personalised suggestion for my face. I am going to be a regular customer and suggest more friends to go to Medspa. Thank you guys. Its tough to find such EXCEPTIONAL Customer service these days and this is a GEM of a clinic :)
