This was my first MRI and I was delighted it was going to be a standing, non enclosed one. The reception staff were pleasant and helpful, and provided bottled water which was very welcome. The radiographer was a delightful young man, who explained everything very carefully and did his utmost to put me at my ease both before and during the scan. Altogether a non- traumatic and very positive experience.

Excellent people. all the staff were caring and helpful from my first contact with Joanna and Sharon during the booking process. On arrival they put me at my ease from the start and made what the prospect of being a rather traumatic event relaxing. When I was introduced to the radiographer Enea, he explain the whole process and any remaining apprehension I may have had just faded away. If you need an MRI this is the only place to go.

I was really well looked after by all the team at Medserena's Upright MRI Centre in London. Everything was explained clearly and it was clear that they wanted my to be completely comfortable before moving on to each step. Hopefully I can finally put an end to 15 years of shoulder pain. The centre itself is welcoming, light, open and spotless. I can't recommend them highly enough.
