Having purchased a commercial property with McHugh's London. My partner and I would like to thank them for all of their help during the process. Not only did we have a vendor refusing the relinquish the keys but had a number of teething issues to be resolved. Finally getting keys delivered to us on Christmas Eve was more than a result in the middle of a pandemic and was apparently all part of the service. Well done McHugh's and a big thanks to Paul who made it all happen with great style and a good measure of humour.
I phoned up to make an offer on an auction property and was laughed down the phone and told not to have the cheek to make an offer at the guide price. I was totally shocked perhaps they do things differently in London. If it was your first time putting a bid on an auction property it would totally put you off. Fortunately it was not my first time so i will stick to decent auction houses from now on and not these rude arrogant agents.
