I am absolutely thrilled with the experience! The staff were all friendly and very helpful while I was trying to choose what I wanted. We decided on a balloon bouquet to celebrate a special event for my friend. They put it together and got it delivered within a couple of hours, which was amazing in itself, and the bouquet looks even better than expected. I'm blown away with how great it looks and my friend absolutely lost her mind when she saw it. These guys are the best and you are 100% in good hands!

Brilliant store, really friendly and informative staff. They have ALOT of costumes, face masks, accessories spread out in a huge space. Loved the experience! 4 stars coz i didnt see a naruto costume. They might have it, but my shy self didnt ask.

Greeted as soon as I walked in and all the staff were very helpful. Not only did they show me the area I needed to go to find what I was looking for but also let me know that new inventory was going to be arriving soon! Pumpkin the cat was super cute and lovable too!

You really have to visit this brick and mortar store to really appreciate it. Firstly.. its HUGE! Its a warehouse of costumes and costume accessories like hats, wigs..etc. They also carry fun stuff like magic tricks, jokes and novelties. We were there for a balloon order. They have a large balloon department that creates balloon arrangements for pickup or delivery. While I was there I gave the store a walk over and was really impressed at the size and layout. The next time you are there don't rush. Take your time to look around.
