Wonderful. Extensive repair (replace a complete set of bass strings after a \teenage\ party led to liquid spillage - don't ask!) completed successfully at a reasonable price. Helpful staff. Easy to deal with. Picked up and delivered back by skilled removers.

Brilliant experience buying from Damon and the team at Markson Pianos. They were knowledgeable and helpful and guided us to making the right decision about buying our next piano. Delivery was all arranged by them and worked like clockwork. Super nice, friendly people who didn't mind that we brought our kids in to test the pianos too. They are also the only piano shop in central London we could find that were open on a Sunday. Great experience. Thanks Markson!

5 stars. Best in London by far. The team is incredibly kind and welcoming and their service is top notch. I always refer my students to them when they need piano tuning or any other service. Also, there's a soundproofed piano room on the back which you can use for practice or teaching. It's just great. Intimate and cozy for anything you're looking to do.
