I called this place this morning and I was asking how much my boxes would be to send to Spain. He only asked me the weight (no measurements) and I could see he was bothered of having to answer to me. He told me is over 100 to send a box of 20kg (which in many other places is no more than 50). After telling me is that price, I asked that I saw in UPS website would be around 30 and he hang me up. I called back and after hearing my voice, he hang me up. So I had to personally go and ask why this behaviour towards a customer. He was rude and unprofessional. Definetly not someone to be talking to clients. After reading some reviews i see i am not the only one who experienced this behavior with this man.

Turned up at the shop at 16:15 and was refused to enter the shop even though it clearly states on the shop door that the opening hours are until 5pm. The man who works there was incredibly rude when I asked him about this and said \do you want me to change this with a marker?\. \I don't need to explain anything to you\. As I was leaving, I noticed the next customer who arrived at the shop was allowed entry so I went back and asked why that was. Again, he was even more unprofessional and rude in his response saying he didn't need to explain anything to me and I was wasting his time. I would definitely not give this shop any custom in the future. It's not the way to go about getting returning customers. I wish I could rate it zero stars.
I've been here three times and every time the manager has been very rude with me, treating me very disrespectfully. Won't come back again, his behaviour towards me makes me feel upset. First time I though it was just a coincidence, but it's always the same.
I had complications with sending my documents so they couldn't reach the end destinations (because of a few delivery companies). I worried a lot because it could cause a lot of time, money and afforts wasted. However I got amazing support from Mail Boxes (big to Alireza, a manager) and these guys took headache and risks on themselves. Even more, they delivered premium services to make sure that all is done perfectly. Thanks them a lot
I needed help shipping some expensive computers overseas. Alireza and his team manged to handle the whole process, packing them in customized wooden crates and offered grate value package of packing, shipping and insurance against loss and damages. I highly recommend them if you need any packing or shipping .
