I came here to mail a box of personal items back to the Middle East. Staffs here are extremely helpful, and provided great help on packing as well as advise on postal options. Under the current pandemic / borders restrictions, my parcel still managed to arrived to its destination in half the time that was quoted by the shop (I chose Fedex). Highly recommended.

When I first moved to the UK, me and my then partner shared a 3 bedroom house with 4 other people. Soon after, we noticed that packages addressed to me and letters addressed to her were being opened in our absence. After unsuccessfully confronting the housemates about it multiple times, we decided to go to the local police station, where I found out from an officer, to my disbelief, that a letter addressed to you can be lawfully opened by anyone living in the same residence. From this moment on, I lost all trust in having anything sent to me by post. Three months later, we moved to a studio apartment in Earls Court, whose building had a single postbox for all 22 tenants. Naturally, thanks to my previous experience, I decided to look into getting a PO box. This was when I found out about Mail Boxes Etc. and their store nearby. I ended up renting a mailbox and had all of our post sent to it, thus avoiding receiving anything in my building. This proved to be a lifesaver: I‘ve been a costumer of this store for over 6 years and have nothing but praise for it. Doing most of my shopping online, I’ve easily received hundreds of packages over this span of time, never having had problems with the mailbox service. Jesus, the store manager, went above and beyond what should expected of him to accommodate my needs. As someone who relies on post as much as I do, I consider Mail Boxes Etc. a “must-have” service for anyone living in London with no exclusive access to their own mailbox. Forever, whenever I think of my years living in there, I’ll think of this store and all of the staff. I thoroughly recommend it; thank you for everything!
