Established a familial relationship with this dealership - and continue to feel welcome each time I return for service. Purchased my first and second vehicles off the used lot - but before they even hit the used lot because that is how great their sales team is! They will find you what you need and take care of you after. Call for service? Expect a great conversation on the phone that leaves you feeling confident and welcomed. I’ve never felt screwed over or obligated to add services. However - the body shop is not included in this review as my experience there felt demeaning and uncared for. It felt as if due to my age/appearance and overall stress on the day of that accident portrayed I was not able to afford service or was going to ... not sure. But I felt like the receptionist was dealing with many rude and erratic humans. Be nice!!!

Might as well just jump into in !!! Dad bought a trail boss brand new right from the lot. From the sales person to the manager he was told that it’s a brand new truck never been worked on but safety... Driving down the road you could see the box in one mirror more then the other so he went back a few days later and they told him they can move the box :S My dad went to a body shop to see what’s going on come to find out ( the frame is rusting because someone lifted the truck wrong, bolts are rounded, box is way off ) My dad went back several times slowly more and more lies started coming out from the sales guy to the lady manager of the place !! The nightmare he went threw for them to change and sell him a good working brand new truck with out damage was crazy!!! Spending 50 Thousand if not more on a brand new truck and being lied,scammed and pretty much bullied well that’s uncalled for :( For the trouble and taking tone of work to deal with this B.S he asked for fog lights and some other little think l, Well yet the same thing happens and everyone plays stupid !! Honestly I would not recommend this place to no Human alive stay away !!! Way to try to screw someone older !!! WATCH OUT THE MANAGER SAID SHE WILL SELL AS A DEMO ! !!!
Highly recommend. Andrew was honest and gave a great deal. Lionel did my financing and took care of some ministry issues for my business. I drove from Mississauga and it was worth it.
