Offered local help litterally a year ago today. I asked for some help for someone very close to me as I could see they were not in a good place. The local advisor said they can only get involved if the ill party wants the help. Unfortunately Christmas day I found them OD'd and spent days in the hospital. How do we improve the system????

Blue Eyes

The only real local support service to me and they offer no support! I called up to enquire about counselling and was informed that it would be over 5 months to just get an initial consultation. Was offered no other support, or alternatives, whatsoever. Very disappointed!
