Contacted LycaHealth for shockwave therapy on plantar fasciitis and whole experience has been very positive especially given lockdown restrictions. This clinic was the only one able to offer treatment at the time but worth the trip I’m up to Canary Wharf. The appointment was made via email with no delay. The Clinic itself is set up well to accommodate COVID restrictions. Raj explained the treatment process clearly and carried out the therapy. Follow up physio on my foot is excellent. Getting good results so far and after more than a year of pain really hopeful this is the fix I’ve been looking for.

Fast efficiency and very friendly staff. They also take AXA PPP insurance at their rates. I got an emergency appointment in 24 hours and they tripped over themselves to help me!!

They have an ent doctor once a week and he doesn’t even stay all the way to the end of the appointments. I was 20 mins late and usually it’s a 30 mins time slot for patients even though I informed them I was on the way and looking for a place to park. the doctor casually leaves before the end of my time slot. Totally unprofessional. it’s sad that they’re one of the few ent practices in the area. Never going back there again

I have been through 4 different MRIs at Lycahealth Canary wharf in the last few months and I am happy to share my experience. MRIs can be claustrophobic for some and for me it certainly is, but if your Radiologist is someone who cares about how you will feel while lying in the tunnel for long number of hours then trust me you are in the best hands @ lycahealth and I am blessed to be one of those. Elena took care of me as her own family member and its because of her handling my anxieties that i went through 2.5hours long MRI. The tunnel of MRI machine here is also relatively bigger than regular ones. My special thanks to Elena and LycaHealth for helping and taking care of me through all the MRIs.

Doctor Ekeowa-Anderson cancelled appointment at last second and they even didn’t called me. I waited in line just to acknowledge my slot was cancelled. Incompetent and complete disaster.
