The food was great but we were incredibly disappointed by the service/ lack of. In the two hours we were there no one checked on us and we were not asked another question from the time we first ordered. There were two of us and one dish was completely forgotten from our order, the wrong drinks were brought, we had to ask twice to get some water and dirty plates were left on our table for twenty minutes in between courses. This was then followed by having to check if they’d forgotten our main as we’d been waiting for around thirty minutes with no communication. These are the basics which you don’t expect to get wrong in a restaurant like Lurra

One of my favourite restaurants in London. It's hard to find good spanish food here but Lurra is delicious and the atmosphere is great for a date or special occasion. A complete hidden gem. Highly recommend. A must try is the bread and bone marrow!!

Best chuleta I have had outside of Basque Country. Perfect Basque mean, executed to a very hight standard. Sat at the bar and got to watch the entire cooling process. Best bite of beef that I've had in the UK.
