Haven't used their services... Just happened to pass by while on the way to Lord's cricket stadium. They have a beautiful display of unclaimed items found more than 50 years back too...
It's like a very bad joke or more, nightmare. Trying to get my wallet I've lost in a bus but no response from Tfl at all. Only thanks to a lovely bus driver I know my wallet is somewhere in their system.
I lost my Sachet with my National Identity Card and my Bank Details, i saw the bus driver handing it in, he refused to give it to me and is understandable due to covid-19. So i completed the form online, i also contacted lost property last week through email, and they didn’t contact me back, there is no way i can talk to them, and it is very frustrating, because i know my sachet is there, i don’t understand why it takes so long to give back an item which has been found already, especially with such important things inside! So, tfl lost property Baker Street, give me back my ID and Card please!!!!
They dont reply to e-mails. They send yu a card saying they have found yur lost item. Get you to reply by e-mail giving them details of lost item. Then nothing !!!!!!!!!
