The experience with Longcroft Luxury Cat Hotel Norbury was superb! We cannot thank Robbie enough for taking care of our cats so well. They stayed in Longcroft Norbury for more than one month and they loved every moment of it. Robbie was very professional and nice from the beginning, when we asked if he could accommodate some specific needs for one of the cats. We got a regular update from Robbie with a lot of pictures every few days. From them, we could see that our cats really enjoyed their \holiday\! For all these reasons, we strongly recommend Longcroft Luxury Cat Hotel Norbury and go there again next times. Viola & Antonio

It was our first time experience of booking our cat Mia into Longcroft and it was truly the best decision we made. The owner Robbie was very welcoming and lovely to talk to. The rooms looked spotlessly clean and spacious and it was a beautiful peaceful environment. We had regular email updates and pictures of Mia which is a lovely touch and definitely put my mind at ease. After Mia checked out she received a goody bag of her favourite food snacks and some cute toys for her to play with.. Wow! I would like to rate Longcroft Luxury Cat Hotel Norbury 5 stars as I can honestly tell that Mia had an amazing time here. When we went to collect her she didn't want to leave! We will definitely be booking here again.
I can't recommend Longcroft Luxury Cat Hotel Norbury enough. Robbie from Longcroft looked after my two cats for nearly three weeks while I was away for the festive season. This was the first time I had left the cats with 'strangers'. And the experience was fantastic. If you can afford it, I think there's no better solution for when you go away. Robbie frequently wrote to me sending me photos of the cats and telling me how they were adapting to their temporary home. Thanks to this, I was able to have peace of mind and enjoy my holidays (although still missing them!). And they even got a Christmas hamper on Dec 25th! Such luxury!
Our two cats, Ronnie and Ralphie have just returned home from their cat holiday at Longcroft, Norbury. This was their first time away and I was incredibly nervous. I needn’t have worried. Robbie provided regular updates which really put my mind at ease along with photographs so I could see for myself that the boys were happy and healthy. They came back with their goody bags and settled in at home no problem. I am so happy to have found somewhere that they can go in future when we go on holiday. Thank you Robbie!
Our cat loved his stay with Robbie at the Longcroft! We received daily updates and photo's on how he was doing, and when we collected him he was well groomed and we could tell he has been well taken care of as he's very calm etc now he is home! We'd highly recommend the service, and will be returning guests!
