Polite and Professional Clean and Pleasant Steak was chewy and tough which was a disappointment as we were in a top restaurant. Although it was part of a deal I do feel that part of a staple menu should include potatos of sorts and at least one veg before charging for extra sides. We were offered water still or sparkling which we had to pay for. I think I would have rather had sides and water instead of the cocktails which were included in the price . It cost us a further 48 which was for 2 x fries , 1 x onion rings, upgrade to a rib eye & water. Excessive I felt . Be very careful when booking deals !! Read all the small print and know what you are getting otherwise a budget evening will exceed your carefully worked out budget and put a damper on the evening

We visited this restaurant for a work meeting and it was the first time I actually stepped in as it’s been one of those restaurant I always walk passed saying I’ll book a table one day and never did (we all have these kind of locations) However entrance is down a flight of stairs and I fail to remember if it was accessible to wheelchair users so apologies regarding this. The staff were very professional, you can tell they take there work very serious and made us feel at home instantly from the greeting down to the service, the atmosphere was very nice and the food quality was superb. The decor in the place seems a bit outdated but still very classy but the main purpose of a restaurant review would obviously be the food and drink as we were very pleased with all the cocktails the mixologist had recommended and also delighted with the food quality as everything was splendid but I’ve also seen from a few other reviews is the extra options you have to purchase to make it a fulfilling meal if you have entered very very hungry which I find a bit out of place for a restaurant of this quality as you are paying quite a descent amount for your meal. It is expensive however your paying for the quality and I can comfortably say the quality of the food is outstanding especially the desserts as they were literally to die for.
Lovely experience from start to end through a wonderful 3 course lunch. From you arrive the setting is wonderful, and the interior is warm and inviting. We went with 2 kids, and my son was in a bad mood, but the waiter was great, and never made us feel embarrassed and everyone was in point, I think it the best service we have had in London, and since I work in a very client oriented role, a big part of my job is dining with clients. And the service here was outstanding. The cocktails was yummy, try the jazz one, it was exactly what you wanted from a before dinner drink. The portions are surprisingly large for such a place, but everything was delicious, very well made, the downside is you keep eating, even when you are pass whats good for you. The place was spacious enough in these corona times, and notice the beautiful handsanitizer holder on the table. Yes times is strange these times and London Steakhouse where you can forget a bit about it, and just enjoy some wonderful food with amazing service.
Didn't live up to expectations, very expensive and their steak knives could do with sharpening! Sides are all add on extra, only the steak and sauce is included. Puddings were the best course and they did add a message for the occasion. Not much onion in the onion rings.
Great evening to spend here went for a wedding anniversary with my wife really enjoyed the food came via a Groupon dea . Food was tasty it was the end of the night when we had the reservation and so the dessert we wanted had run out. We were able to have the jazz music we requested played which was a lovely touch. Staff were knowledgeable about the dishes and made a good recommendation for the steak- medium rather than well done. The food was hot and tasty and we really enjoyed it
