Mutton dressed up as lamb would be too kind a phrase to describe their products. Chinese knockoffs, that's as concise as I can put it. They don't hide that it's from China and admittedly, a friend gave it to me, but when I looked up the price, I just had to write this review. They should be charging far less, since the real thing, grown in wild waters, costs about as much. Gordon Ramsay, among many other top chefs, have stated repeatedly that sturgeon raised in natural waters in its native habits or near the Caspian Sea - Russia or Iran - is the finest above all. Chinese hormone-pumped swimming-pool garbage!
