I dealt with a gentleman named Eric and he was absolutely wonderful! He really went out of his way to gather the correct information for me prior to my seeing the doctor in order to ensure that I would benefit from the consultation. I was very very distressed and his patience and perseverance in helping me was greatly appreciated!

Saw Dr S Wall, I usually use another private practice however they were closed throughout the Christmas break so thought I’d give this one a go. I can hand on my heart say that it was one of the best doctor experiences I’ve had. I felt super comfortable and she was very precise in diagnosing my problem. I will now make this my GP. I arrived 6 minutes late (into a 15 minute appointment) in December, at the King's Cross Clinic. The GP refused to see me, even though he was available, and I just asked for the remainder of my appountment time, so as not to run over. When I questioned this (I was genuinely shocked), and tried to explain my reasons and situation (as well as a long journey time), the lady at reception spoke to me in a sarcastic and rude manner and basically accused me of lying. I was told that this was because they couldn't risk keeping the next person waiting, but I have read a review from another patient which resonates with my experience. A lady turned up 10 minutes late and they refused to see her. she was crying in pain and the person due to be seen after her insisted that he didn't mind waiting for her to be seen. However they continued to refuse to see her and pretended she wasn't there. In the end the patient who was due to be seen next had to find the lady alternative health provision. I have never written a public negative review in my life but I was genuinely shocked and horrified at the lack of flexibility and complete absence of care or concern for the patient and their health. It was actually distressing. The lady at reception being rude and disrespectful to me made things worse. I wrote an email complaint but they have not responded.

Very pleased with London Doctors Clinic! Had to get a PCR test for travelling. There was no waiting, very friendly staff, got my results within 24h. The staff was also so kind to amend the certificate for Fit-to-Travel purposes very quickly.

Very accommodating staffs. Dr Nathan was very considerate and friendly. The office is clean and comfortable. Obtaining blood result is quick, I had my blood taken Saturday and I got my result immediately on Sunday.
