Very slow, poor quality and they have irresponsive staff. They are expanding getting more business without providing enough staff to handle this expansion !!! I'm facing delays each and every time with this customs broker. For god's sake, do NOT use this customs broker service at ALLLLLLLL

STAY AWAY!!! I was with this company for over a decade and everything was fine until about a year ago. Can't handle one order or one credit card... An 8yr old can do better than their payroll dpt. They never give me a straight answer and couldn't remove a credit card. Was charged on the wrong card 5 times!!!! Each time no notice So I ended up paying interest each time and got nothing but attitude.. If you decide to use this company stay the hell away from \Judy\.
