Great place very clean and tidy. All the people are great as well especially ANGIE. she was the best she looked after everyone with a smile had time for all and always a coffee as you would like. A asset to the business and anyone who wants to learn customer service needs to spend a day with her to learn how it's done. Well done.

Very slick services and, great reception staff could not have been more helpful. In fact everyone was extremely friendly. A positive experience throughout and although I left with a lighter pocket, it was with a good solid car.

Brilliant service in these weird Covid times. Angie and the team at Lexus Edgware Road made you feel welcome and secure. There were designated pod areas to keep you safe while waiting, including refreshments while working at a desk area. The Service team carried out an MOT providing updates and I even got my car cleaned (inside and out) on its return. Many thanks everyone, really good customer service/experience today!

You feel so safe during service , very nice and warm staff , respectful , polite professional etc. Every year in a past 6 years I used Lexus Edgware Road for servicing my car and I can tell that everything is on very high standard.
