In the past they have been fine but they seem to have a new group of nail technicians in and I left with cuts on the side of my foot where she was chatting to another technician and scraped a blade for removing hard skin down the side of my foot and then in the manicure cut my cuticles back so far on one finger that it was bleeding too much to paint my nail. she was also rushing so much that everything looks terrible. Please don't make the same mistake as me.

Laser Treatment - The therapist was rude and unprofessional, did not ask any medical questions beforehand nor did she give me any after care advice. I was shocked by the whole experience. She got irritated when I asked more questions, I will have to get the remaining sessions elsewhere. Extremely disappointing and should not have trusted Treatwell's ratings.
