Outstanding Japanese noddle bar, but also with an excellent range of more traditional dishes. Lovely specials and excellent inside seating at the counter with a very pleasant vibe.

Authentic, great menu, lovely service, however food wasn’t piping hot on arrival and service a little slow. But all round a nice visit and would recommend to others. Prices aren’t crazy either which is an added bonus.

One of the Best Japanese restaurant in London. Very authentic udon noodles soup full of flavour.

We were really excited to try this place after hearing all the hype. Staff was very friendly and we were able to walk in with a minimal wait. This ambiance and decor reminded me of Japan. The food was a bit underwhelming though. Good, but not worth the price. The tempura was perfectly cooked.

Absolutely amazing udon - one of my favs in general in London and always makes for a good recommendation for guests in town, so I was very excited to see that they are back open after closing for COVID. Food is just as excellent as before and prices are the same (which by the way, I think are quite fair for the portion given the quality). We grabbed the Prawn Tempura udon (which had the largest prawn I have ever seen), Sakana udon (white fish), and the small plate of veggie tempura. All were delicious and tasted just as we remembered. Staff were very friendly and courteous, and we appreciated all the bits they were doing to comply with COVID sanitary regulations. We were a bit surprised that we could eat indoors (thought they were just doing outdoor dining in the street). Even for lunch they had still already filled up all their tables 30 minutes after opening, so would recommend coming early or be willing to queue. Still a firm favourite for us!
