Steve and his team are truly in a Klasse of their own. With an unsurpassed level of expertise, great value and a turnaround time even a Formula 1 team would envy, I would not consider going anywhere else to have my Mercedes fixed/serviced/MOT'd. Thanks for the great service over the last 5 years.

Amazing service from Steve and team at Klasse. Completely honest and great value. Highly recommended from a 1994 E320 w124 owner. Ps. steve really knows his stuff... inspection from another mechanic (before taking it Klasse) was a blocked fuel pump. Steve identified it as coil issue within minutes of hearing the engine!

Steve and his team rectified an electrical problem that had foxed another independent Mercedes specialist. He took time to listen to me as I described the issue (I doubt that this assisted him in making the diagnosis but it made me feel better). I felt that Steve is very much at the top of his game. If I have any problems with our A160 in future I will not hesitate to return.

These chaps did a tremendous job on my car at an even better level of value. Their correspondence throughout was regular and more than would be expected. I can't recommend using anyone as much as I would these guys.
